BAKING POWDER CONTAINS NaHCO3 AND SOME ACID WHICH IS A WEAK ACID

IT IS USED IN BAKING INDUSTRY AS BAKING POWDER WHEN HEATED WILL GIVE OUT CO2 WHICH HELP IN MAKING THE CAKE SOFT AND FLUFFY

IT IS USED IN ANTACIDS DUE TO ITS NEUTRALIZATION CAPABILITY

IT IS USED TO NEUTRALIZE EXCESS ACID IN STOMACH.
