Assam is the state . because it a small state and also very low basic things always Assam suffering from flood because of Brahmaputra river so it have low population density

India is the second most populated country in the world.But all the regions are not humongously populated.
For an example, Assam region is low populated beacause the availability scopes of different resources and facilities is very defficient here.
Also it is a very small region which cannot offer living space for a humongous population.
Hot desert regions of the Rajasthan are also low populated due to the extremely hot climate.
