The site of complete digestion is small intestine. The duodenum recieves the secretions of liver and pancreas that is bile juice and pancreatic juice respectively.Bile juice converts the acid food into alkaline state so that pancreatic juice can act upon it.It also breaks larger fat globules into smaller ones.

Pancreatic juice contains enzymes namely trypsin and lipase.Trypsin digest protiens and lipase digests fats.

The walls of small intestine secretes intestinal juice, which finally converts carbohydrates into glucose, proteins into amino acids and fats into fatty acids and glycerol.
