Mythylene Blue and Iodine is the stain that is used to color the cell.
Actually Methylene Blue is also known as Methylthioninium Chloride. It is mainly used to treat Methemoglobinemia(Blue Baby Disease) which are the symbol of despite oxygen therapy. It is used in cell to make the nuclei more visible.
