i) A bone is connected with another bone with the help of the ligaments which are fibrous connective tissue.

These connections resist the the friction between two bones and allows the free movements in the necessary bone joints.

ii) A muscle is connected to a bone with the help of the tendons which are also fibrous connective tissues.

These tendons help in the allover body movement by the combined work of skeleton and muscles.
