The peripheral nervous system passes data to the central sensory system and different parts of the body.It comprises of cranial nerves and spinal nerves.

Cranial nerves(12 pairs) emerge from the brain while spinal nerves(31 pairs) emerge from the spinal nerves. Two kinds of development in plants are tropic development and nastic development. Nastic developments are nondirectional reactions to stimuli, for example, temperature and heat.

This sort of developments does not rely upon the course of stimulus, for example, seismonastic, the devout, and so on. Example of seismonastic movement is a movement of Venus fly trap. Tropic movement is the reaction to stimuli that originate from one direction.

It is a directional movement. In the event that the movement of the plant part is towards the stimulus, at that point, it is known as positive tropism. On the off chance that the development of the plant part is far from the stimulus, at that point it is known as negative tropism. For instance phototropism, Geotropism and so forth.
