Spirit/Heavens: This level is the level of our spiritual selves – it is the place accessed in silent prayer, in meditation, and in those sacred moments where we are fully present and fully alive, and discover a felt sense of unity with others, God, and ourselves. Our spirit is always whole, we merely ‘wake up’ into its goodness and truth.
Earth/Body: This is the level of our ordinary waking awareness, and the more physical, material realm of everyday life. To live in the body/earth is to be connected to our senses, to the land around us, to food, to concrete relationships with others and things. This is the realm of action, and where we ‘embody’ the truth we may connect to in the other realms.
Soul/Sheol: The ‘realm of the dead’, or Sheol, represents the underworld, or the level of the soul. This realm includes our unique personality, and also our unconscious conditioning, our deepest desires, our past wounds and hurts, and archetypes and images that drive both our night dreams and our day dreams. To spend time in this realm is to learn to listen deeply to our interior life, and to bravely put attention to the unhealed or integrated aspects of the self. While the spirit ‘wakes up’, the soul is that part that is healed, or ‘saved’ (the New Testament uses the same Greek word, sozo, to mean both healing and salvation) by the integration of all the fractured parts of ourselves.

I know 4, so you can choose any 3 of them..
There are four realms of earth : lithosphere , hydrosphere , biosphere and atmosphere.
Lithosphere: the outer most solid layer of the earth that is composed of rocks and soil is known as lithosphere.it is also called the crust of the earth.
Hydrosphere: the hydrosphere contains all the water bodies in the world that cover about 71 per cent of the earth's surface.
Biosphere: the biosphere is the narrow zone where the lithosphere , the hydrosphere and the atmosphere come in contact with one another.this realm contains all the living organisms found on the earth.
Atmosphere: the atmosphere surrounds the earth as a layer containing a mixture of gases.it is held by the gravitational force of the earth.
