The tissue is adipose tissue. The differences are:-
1)Areolar tissue usually fixes skin with the muscles while adipose tissue is mainly concerned with the storage of fat.
2)Adipose tissue is found in kidneys,blood vessels and also heart while areolar tissue forms packaging the material in all organs between the muscles and its mainly connective.
