It is chloroplast and mitochondria due to this property of containing own gentic material and ribosomes , they are even called semi - autonomous organelles....as they can prepare their own proteins.............

The two organelles that are present in plant cell that contain its own ribosomes and genetic material are the chloroplast and the mitochondria.

The mitochondria are termed as the power house of the cell where majority of ATP synthesis of a cell takes place.

The chloroplast is the region which contains the chlorophyll where photosynthesis takes place. Since, both of them have ribosomes and genetic material of their own, they can function as a whole cell.
