Mitochondria : aka power house of the cell (present in all eukaryotes) has its own double stranded circular DNA (circular just refers to the shape it is found in)  also abbreviated as mtDNA . The mitochondria is involved in processes like enzyme synthesis and energy production.

Chloroplasts: (found only in plant cells and eukaryotic algae that photosynthesize) has a cpDNA aka chloroplast DNA aka plastosome (genetic material of plastids) . It is double stranded and circular.

Having own genetic material makes the organelles semi autonomous i.e they can perform many a tasks independently without help of the nucleus.

hope it counted
