Mitosis is the type of cell division in which one cell give rise to four haploid cells

In mitosis there are two divisions i.e mitosis1 and mitosis2 on the other hand there is a single division in meosis

In the mitosis the resultant daughter cells are haploid where as in meosis diploid cell daughters are formed..
