A,B,C,D are respectively the vertices of the quadrilateral.
A  = (4,5)
B  =  (7,6)
C  = (4,3)
D  =  (1,2)



From the answer it can be concluded that the figure will be a parallelogram.This is because the opposite sides are of equal length.It is also a parallelogram because the length of its diagonals are not equal.
