: (i) Cures Gastic problems.
(ii) Improves leg muscles.
(iii) Good for meditation.
: (i) Heels should be outside.
(ii) Spine should be straight.

: (i) It is very useful in digestive disorders.
(ii) Give a nice stretch to the thigh muscles.
(iii) Good practice to increase the height.
: (i) Stretch your arms as much as possible you can.
