heat detectors are of two types:-
(1) fixed temperature heat detectors : the principal of operation depends upon a state of change of an alloy.this state of change ids due to the rise of temperature.
(2) rate of rise heat detectors : its principle is based on a fast increase in the rate of rising temperature.it is marked by the presence of thermistors which are sensitive to heat.
