Two heart-related disorders are

• Myocardial infarction: This results from death in a part of heart. This is because there is no supply of oxygen in a part of heart due to a blockage in one of main branches of the coronary artery. Symptoms include the acute chest pain or angina in left side of chest or left arm which may radiate to heart.

• Acute rheumatic heart: This is an autoimmune disease that occurs in a child secondary to streptococcal infection.
