I guess it's endoparasites that adsorb the broken down food from the host body..there are various examples...some are : ascaris, liver fluke, etc... I hope the answer helps you..

Yeast and Mushroom are two organisms where the food material is broken down outside the body and absorbed.

EXPLANATION:

The digested food is absorbed by the body during the period of growth, this is known as extracellular digestion. They are basically saprophytes and derive their nutrition from the dead organism.

These organism create the digestive enzymes in their substation to breakdown the complex food in to simpler one which is ultimately absorbed by their body as food material.
