Serial axial sections of the brain were taken.
O
Subcentimetric hyperdensity (4x5 mm) noted in left high parietal region with
adjacent curvilinear hyperdensities along sulcal spaces p/o small contusion
with adjacent subarachnoid hemorrhage.
The rest erebral parenchyma shows normal tissue attenuation with well-
maintained gray-white matter differentiation. Cerebral sulci are normal.
Both cerebellar hemispheres appear normal.
Brainstem appears normal.
Ventricular system appear normal for age. No structural midline shift noted.
Sellar regions appear normal.
Bony calvarium appears normal.
Visible paranasal sinuses appear normal.
Subgaleal hematoma noted in right parieto-occipital region.
Scalp laceration noted in frontal region over left side.
O
IMPRESSION:
P/o small contusion in left high parietal region with adjacent subarachnoid
hemorrhage​
