the Battle of Trafalgar. The Royal Navy of the British blocked the Villeneuve in Cádiz until Napoleon left on 19 October for Naples.
The British forces caught and defeated quite convincingly the combined fleet of the French in the Battle of Trafalgar that happened on the 21 October.
However, the British commander of the forces, Lord Nelson, lost his life in the war.
Napoleon could never again challenge the British at sea.
He never again threatened an invasion on the British.
Thereafter, he turned his attention towards the enemies that were there right near him.
