This can be any situation where your emotions matter the most... they are dominant at that situation. Like if your family member is in any sort of problem you will think of just helping. You will take an imidiate action.

By the time we become wise enough to think before action we make uncountable mistakes of acting before thinking. Every man or woman is thoughtlessly irrational and temperamental. Childhood is golden period; adolescence is the age of acting emotionally and irrationally.

I also have committed many irrational actions done without thinking the consequences. One such action was done by me during my college days. I fell in love with a girl head over heels. My age, romanticism study, and early abstinent life further added to my emotional irrationality. Cupid had shot all his arrows in my heart. But being of shy and bashful nature, I did not have the guts to lay my heart bare to that girl.

My friends also knew it. They encouraged me to tell my heart to the girl. But I could not. One of my friends arranged the phone number of the girl; he took me to a PCO (IT Revolution had not come then) and dialed the number of the girl and handed me the phone.

Fortunately, the girl picked up the phone. She spoke angrily, ‘Who are you? What do you want?’ Before I could tell her my name, I immediately hung up. I felt so ashamed of having made a phone call. I did not go the college for a week. I always avoided coming in front of the girl. And quite miraculously, the love that I felt was gone.
