A dreadful lesson

Timely meals with a healthy diet were my routine. However, after I started college, my routine deteriorated. Breakfast was non-existent. Lunch was only one sandwich, or sometimes, just coffee. After dinner, I would stay up late and munch on junk food. This chain of unhealthy eating started to make my body weak. Although ignored it, I was wrong in doing so. One morning, I was unable to leave my bed. I missed college and had to visit the hospital to get a saline dose. This was the result of my ignorance.

I should have been careful right from the beginning.
