I think that the story is- One person in this story is drowning in the river and one person trying to save her life so he catch the rope in his hands.He will throw the rope into the river and the person who is drowning will catch the rope and the person outside the river will pull the rope and take the person out through the river.In this way he save her life.

One day I was travelling with one of my friend ravi.Our exams were just ended and we want to make ourself cool and fresh , for this reason we both gone to our of of the favourite place i.e near the rampur's beach also we were a good fishers and hence we taken our all equipments which were necessary.We started throwing the net to catch fishes.But suddenly my leg slipped to that muddy and swamy soil.I slipped and falled into the river and at that time the water was in its full speed.However I knew swimming but to swim in such a rapid water was not in my hand.Ravi saw me,and suddenly he threw the rope which he had with him and with a many difficulty i catched the rope and and ravi pulled me towards the ground.I thanked Ravi for helping me.
