National anthem should not be sung at movie theaters. Write a view as well as a counterview.

I am glad the idea of singing the National Anthem in movie theatres is back again, thanks to the Supreme Court's intervention. Singing it gives a feeling of nationalism, especially as most of us do not get very many opportunities to sing it in our daily lives. Remembering the greatness of India and singing this wonderful song with so many fellow citizens gives us a feeling of oneness in these difficult times.
On the other hand, in a free country like India, regimentation and strictures about the singing of the National Anthem is not good. The feeling for the nation should not require a trigger, it should spontaneously come from within.
