Natural magnet is not so advantageous.why?

1) They have low magnetic field strength.
2) They remain active all the time.
3) They Attract only iron and other magnetic substances and not metals like aluminum, copper etc.
4) The extraction of these magnets is difficult as compared to synthesising artificial magnets.
