A natural indicator is a natural substance that can be used to determine the pH of a substance.
Examples:
1. Turmeric:
It is yellow in color, turns reddish brown with base and doesn't change its color with acid.
2. Red Cabbage:
It is purple in color, turns reddish with acid and greenish base.
3. Onion:
Paste or juice of onion looses its smell when added with base but does not changes its smell with acid.
