let a be any integer so it can be of the form 3m+1,3m+2 or 3m.
Squaring a
a^2=(3m)^2
a^2=9m^2
a^2=3q
where q is equal to 3m^2
Likewise we can put the value of a as 3m+1 and 3m+2 and square it and then separate out 3 and the rest we can call as q
