(b) Is it possible to reduce problems relating to the disposal of garbage?

1) No , Even we are the responsible to disposal the garbage because we are the one who throw garbage everwhere...! 2) Yes , it is possible by recycling the garbage ! We can recycle or reuse the garbage if necessary !
