There is one big and one small clock. Whose seconds hand takes longer to complete one round of the clock?

seconds hand of the clock completes a round in 60 sec/1min.As the time cannot be changed according to the size of the clock they both will take the same time to complete one round of the clock.

Both the clock complete a round in the same time. It is because time  cannot be changed. All the clocks  are set to the same time according the diameter of the clock.
