SOLVE  for x if mode x+3=-6

lx+3l = -6
here we will get two cases
case(1)
(x+3) = -6
x = -6-3
x = -9
case(2)
-(x+3)=-6
x+3=6
x=6-3
x=3
so,
x=-9 and 3

in mod if negative integers are there then they will be become positive if positive then also the same
x+3=-6
x=-9
