natural killer cells...these are lymphocytes na...that can bind to timer cells and infected ones...
so..they contain perforin...
produced in bone marrow...
and they are a part of non specific immune response as they are not needed to be activated to fight infections and they clear all kinds of infections...

so...answer is...4th?

Lymphocytes are not natual killer but the lysosomes are the correct answer and the answer is option 4
