there is a very famous saying that in a healthy body there lives a healthy mind.we all need to take care of our health and bygone.alone with all the jogging exercise yoga and dieting there are various other aspects that need to be taken proper care of.just like you need to wash your hands with dettol handwash or other medicated soaps whenever you come back to home.wash your hands before taking your food.another aspect which is extremely important and needs awareness is our personal hygine.we should always use our washrooms or if not him then common toilets but not in an open space because your waste will make the place dirty.we should always take bath and keep our nails short.if we keep our nails long it's going tho get dirty and whenever we eat food with is going to enter in our mouth and make us sick.another aspect is to keep our surroundings clean.we need to daily do dusting and send garbage out of our home.

Personal cleanliness includes washing of hands, brushing of teeth, taking bath regularly, regular changing of clothes including undergarments, care of eyes, etc. Besides these, timely vaccination and personal protection from various of diseases are also important
