Solution :

 {a}^{2}  +   (\frac{b}{2}  )^{2}  +  (\frac{c}{3} ) ^{2}  + 2 \times  \frac{b}{2}  \times  \frac{c}{3}  + 2 \times a \times  \frac{c}{3}

(a +  \frac{b}{2}  +  \frac{c}{3})  ^{2}

(a +  \frac{b}{2}  +  \frac{c}{3} )(a +  \frac{b}{2}  +  \frac{c}{3} )
