Probably do some Yoga or something. Or just short exercises such as kicking a football around. I play some badminton. it sort of helps.
Or relax and watch a nature documentary.
Eat carrots and celery, something which isn't sweet or salty
Have a balanced life.
Read a good novel. It sort of helps. I read a lot of Percy Jackson and it takes my mind off things.
