NEET exams - a boon or a bane
By Shipra

Every student in India who took biology eagerly waits for the NEET exams. But is it really worth that wait? NEET is National Eligibilty cums Entrance Test. It tests students, are they really capable enough to study medicine ahead.

Before NEET, there were several tests that a student gave. It wasted student's time and also if a student gets selected at two places, he or she can study at one place only. So one seat gets wasted. After NEET, all the students sit and give one test only. It has saved allot of time and seats as discussed earlier.

NEET is not a boon in all cases. NEEt mainly consists of NCERT syllabus which is very difficult for a state board student to catch up in just 2 months.

After studying the merits and demerits of NEET, it is a boon for us. It makes us understand where we stand across the country.
