Negative aspects of real democracy is not possible without universal adult franchise

uneversal adult francise means every body in the democratic area have right to vote which means avery citizen in the country have right to vote .
if it is not for universal adult francise it will not be proper democrazy
the  negative effet is
the higher caste and the rich will vote poor and lower caste will stay behind this will cause in equality [it will not be true democrazy]
