Negative Natural Numbers are commonly addressed as integers itself, they don't predominantly go by the name of natural numbers as such. They consist of the same numbers evident in the positive natural number format which are numbers after zero so 1, 2, 3, 4, 5... and so on. So if we were to put this up as a set notational value,

Let's consider A to be the set of negative natural numbers - as there are no negative natural numbers. A = {} = Ф (an empty set)

Let's consider B to be the set outlining the 50th day of the month, if we add common sense - a month has no more than 31 days at hand - so this set will also consist of no items. Hence, B = {} = Ф

As of which, both the sets are of equal or equivalent nature i.e. they do not have any different values as they are basically empty sets. Also, kindly insert the entire question next time when you ask for an answer - it helps ease the process.
