Phylum Nematode or round worms are protostomian (blastopore is developed into mouth in developmental stage) but not a ceolomates. Rather Nematodes are included in pseudocoelomates. The pseudocoelom is a type of body cavity that develops from the blastocoel and is not fully lined by mesoderm, in the true coelom. This pseudocoelom is a fluid filled structure that is in direct contact with the muscles and internal organs in Nematode.
