⭐Actually welcome to the concept of the INERT GASES ...
⭐Basically we know that the NEON gas is a Inert or a Noble gas ...which means it is very NON -REACTIVE TO ITS SURROUNDINGS....
⭐So actually as it is non -reactive and ALSO has a GLOWING EFFECT it can be easily utilised for the for the ADVERTISING AND WARNING SIGNS purpose ....
⭐Actually Every Noble gas such as the Argon , Radon and Helium gases are rather also used for the same purposes ....

Neon gas is used in warning signalsbecause when electric current is applied to it, it emits an orange/red colour light. As we know orange/red light is used for warning signals it makes it very useful to use the tubes containing neon gas for producingwarning signals.
