Than how can a horse pull a cart if the same amount of force if also in the opposite sides

The horse is exerting its force against the ground so the earth as an opposite reaction pushes the horse forward. Since the cart is attached to the horse the cart also moves forward

The horse exerts a force on the ground.
Now, according to third law of motion, the ground should also exert the same force on the horse.
The ground pushes the horse forward with the same force with which the horse pushed the ground. In this way, the horse advances forward.
