The Meaning of above quoted lines is parallel to that of Newton's Law of Gravity.

But these lines are not said by European scientist. They are said by an Indian - Aryabhatt an ancient Hindu Astronomer.

Approx 1200 Years later Sir Issac Newton's rediscovered this phenomenon and called it as Law of Gravity.
