Here's your answer!!

First of all ,what is gland ?

=>A gland is a group of cell or we can say it is a " secreting cell" which secretes the chemical substance such as Hormone, Mucus , Sweat or Saliva.

There are many glands in our body , some are listed below :

◆ Salivary gland

◆Sweat gland

◆ Pituitary gland

◆Thyloid gland

◆Thymus gland

◆Lachrymal gland etc

Here's the explanation of three of them :-

● Pituitary gland : It is one of the very important gland of our body . It is generally refers as "Master gland " because it secretes many hormone which move through the body and stimulate the other gland to produce required hormones.

●Thyloid gland : It is the large ductless gland that is found in neck . It secretes two hormones, "thyroxine" and "Trriodothyronine".
These two hormones regulated the growth of our body and is necessary for our cell to work properly.

●Thymus gland : It is located between our lungs and it is active only till puberty .After puberty it vanishes . This gland plays an important role in protecting our immune system .It secretes a Hormone called " T lymphocytes" which is a white blood cell and it helps the immune system to fight off illness .

Hope it helps you!! ^^

there are many glands such as

Thyroid gland: mainly helps to regulate our metabolism and vital bodily functions with the release of TSH, T3, and T4 hormones.

Pituitary gland: is the size of a pea and is located behind our noses. It is directly controlled by the hypothalamus.

Pancreas: is also considered a gland despite being an entire organ as it is a secretory organ. It maintains healthy blood sugar levels via insulin and glucagon release.
