No current flows between two charged bodies when they are connected if they have same potential/voltage.

See, the current flows between two endpoints only if they are at different potential, that is the potential difference between them is not zero. The electrons flow from a point of lower potential to a point of higher potential so as to make the direction of current from higher to lower potential point.
