Weight given = 4.8 grams

Carbon atomic weight is 12.

1) Number of moles = given weight ÷ atomic weight

Number of moles = 4.8 ÷ 12

Number of moles = 0.4

2) Number of moles = Number of atoms ÷ Avagadro number

s0o, Number of Atoms = Number of moles × Avagadro number

= 0.4 × 6.023 x 10 ²³

= 2.4092 x 10 ²³

iam not sure about it can we do it like that

12g of carbon contains 6.022×10^23 atm

1g contains = 6.022×10^23/12

4.8 g of carbon contains= 6.022×10^23/12×4.8

and answer will be = 2.488×10^23
