we know that

Q=ne (quantization charge)

n=Q/e
here Q=5c
e=1.6×10^-19c
we have to find that the value of n
so n=Q/e
n=5/1.6×10^-19
=5×10^20/16
=31.25×10^18
it is your answer. .....

Q=-+ne
here Q =5c
e=1.6×10^-19
n=?
then n=Q/e
5/1.6×10^-19
3.13000000E
hope this helps you
you can also write it as 3.13
