Actually it isn't correct.
In this type of "No sonner ... than", the tense of the first phrase will be in Past Perfect Tense and the tense of the second phrase will be in Simple Past Tense but here you have written "rings" which is in Simple Present Tense.
After changing "rings" with "rang" ( Past Tense of "ring" ), the appropriate sentence becomes -
No sooner had I reached the college than the bell rang.
