first of all, grind green chilles, coconut ina mixi jar and then a pinch of salt tamarind and pour some water,again grind to thin paste. Now take a pan and put it on stove and pour 3 spoons of oil, after oil heated add mustard jeera curry leaves and then add coconut paste.let it be fry for sometime.
After the coconut chutney is fried switch off the stove and serve hot coconut chutney with idly Or dosa, it becomes so delicious
