No two field-line are found ti cross each other. why?

No two field lines are found to cross each other because if they did so then there could be two tangents drawn at the point of intersection i.e. two directions ,which is not possible.

every single location in space has its sound electric field strength and direction associated with it consequently, the lines representing the field cannot cross to each other at any given location in space the lines are intersecting and hence there are two direction for electric field
