Litres of soap in bottle = 21/3 litres
No of soap dispensers it will fill = 31/2 dispensers
Therefore, litres of soap in one dispenser = 21/3 divided by 31/2 = 21/3 x 2/31 = 7x 2/31 = 14/31

ANS= 14/31 litres of soap will fit into one dispenser.
