Non metallic oxides are acidic in nature. Why is water,Hydrogen oxide,H2O,is neutral?​

Non metal oxides are acidic in nature but in case of dihydrogen monoxide (water), it doesn't liberate H+ ions in its solution because of high electronegativity of Oxygen.
