Non metals react with Chlorine to form non-electrolytes , then is HCl an exception to that?​

Explanation:

Hcl is a compound which is bonded by a weak covalent bonding and in which the electron is more attracted towards electronegative species ie chlorine so in water bonds break and h+ and cl- ions are released... this results in electrical conductivity
