Himalayas act as boon for India in many ways. ... ⏩ The Himalayan rivers are perennial as they are fed by Glaciers and melting of Ice in summer. ⏩ Himalayan rivers bring lot of silt which make the plains fertile. ⏩ Himalayas protect india from the Invaders from Northern side of India.
